1. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Account Creation

To use j5jl services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify j5jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. j5jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide access to your j5jl account to any third party.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

4.2 Withdrawals

8. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

Upon termination, your right to use j5jl services immediately ceases. j5jl will process withdrawal of any remaining legitimate account balance (excluding any forfeited funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with terms violations) within a reasonable timeframe. j5jl is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from account suspension or termination.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting j5jl support. Voluntary closure does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, j5jl Casino, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

j5jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Indemnification

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The seat of arbitration shall be Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, j5jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use of the Service.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to j5jl. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using j5jl services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
